The Autobiography of Malcolm X

I've said before that reading the Autobiography of Malcolm X was a life changing experience. Malcolm X is one of the most studied and misunderstood American cultural icons, and his story, although that of a black man born in Nebraska in 1925 resonated with a young Nigerian boy born in 1988 and living in Holland.
Today, I share with you an hour long radio documentary produced by the New York Public Radio on the Autobiography of Malcolm X. The documentary covers the peculiar relationship between Malcolm and writer Alex Haley, and several interviews are done with scholars and others who have been influenced in some way by the book.
I urge you all to have a listen, it's enlightening.
